Great food that I wouldn't categorize as fast food. Awesome staff and ambiance.

No they do not take reservations and the wait there is usually an average of 25 mn' to one hour. Very popular and restaurant is super tiny. There is a list on the door where you put your name or via Yelp's waitlist. Well worth it though. Their Ramen and friendliness is top of the list.
